These are digital goods, so we don't offer refunds once a file has been downloaded. If a payment was charged but your order never unlocked, send a report from the in-app Support page with your order number and we'll fix it.
Yes, personal and commercial use in your own projects is allowed. What's not allowed is reselling or redistributing the raw template files themselves — see Terms & Conditions for the full license.
